Scam: Make money stuffing envelopesby Greg Cryns
People tend to fall for
this one because the scammers make it sound like the tons of junk mail we
receive every day comes from someone stuffing it into envelopes, someone working
at home. But the reality is that the
stuffing is handled by machine, or sometimes it is manual labor but they are
very poorly paid in an assembly-line type arrangements.
This is sweatshop work, not work from home. To make it worse, the
scammer usually wants a “fee” to get you the material you need to get
started stuffing envelopes. Unfortunately,
what you usually get is just instructions for how you can scam others into
paying you a fee for information like you just received! It’s definitely a scam,
and you can’t get your money back unless you turn around and scam others into
sending you money to help them get started stuffing envelopes.
And so the scam continues. Fact:
There is no such thing as an envelope stuffing business you can run from home!
