Start Up Costs:
A $33.00 one time fee gets you started. Optional upgrades of a Gold
Membership $50.00 yearly or Platinum Membership $150.00 yearly are
available.
Can you earn you KIT?
Yes, we prefer that our directors earn their kits. The founders of our
company state that they are not in the kit selling business.
Our starter kits include $1,000.00 in jewelry plus all
the supplies and training required to have a successful business.
Additionally, as the recruiter I will
personally train you whether it is on a local level or via distance
learning. I am a hands on Senior Division Manager and will assist
you, train you, answer questions, hold your hand and prepare you for every phase of
this wonderful opportunity.
Upon joining we are required to conduct several shows. The first $500.00
in sales earns the $1000.00 kit plus it qualifies you as a Director for
Jewels by Park Lane.
Additionally, each month, the company will reward
you for your efforts. You can continue to earn additional
jewelry items, supplies, displays, catalogs and awards, via two different programs designed to help you build your
business and make the money you are looking to make.
The rest...is up to you. How much money do you want to make?
Are there monthly minimums that must be
met?
No monthly minimums are required. Once you have become a
qualified Director, you set your goals and determine how much or how
little you want to earn.
What is the commission structure?
Entry level is 30% commission. Promotions and increases up to 50%
commission are based on experience and/ or potential recruits.
Does the company provide websites for
distributors? Cost?
Web sites are available at a rate of $150.00 per year. Included in the
yearly cost are additional benefits. (This is the same $150.00 mentioned
in the Platinum membership upgrade
in the start up cost section)
Can customers pay online?
Yes, we accept credit cards, excluding American Express.
Are there hostess exclusive products?
We not only have a fabulous amount of products that are hostess
exclusives but we also offer a 5 star hostess program.
Star one - We offer one special item that can be purchased for $8.00 but
is valued at $60.00 or more.
Star two, for instance, offers the hostess $20.00 in shopping
credit for each order placed at her party or received from someone
unable to attend her party. If she had collected 10 orders, the hostess earned $200.00 in free jewelry plus she
gets a bonus item for having 10 or more orders.
Star three - We offer the hostess the ability to pick out up to 4
regular catalog items at 1/2 price.
Star four - We allow the hostess to pick out up to 4 hostess only items.
These items range in prices and styles and are offered to a hostess at a
fraction of the retail prices.
Star 5 - Booking prizes are awarded and offer significantly more free
shopping credit for the hostess.
A hostess can also earn additional shopping credits and or gifts.
Can you win awards?
As a director, you are eligible for awards, trips, free jewelry,
clothing and even car payments. The goals are very reasonable and
obtainable. You don't have to be the top seller to sail or fly off on an exotic trip or win a custom made outfit
specifically designed and made for you.
What promotional items are available
for consultants?
Each month we offer our Directors fabulous prizes,
supplies, bonuses, jewelry sample options, etc.
